Guest Health and Safety
The safety of our guests has always been our top priority. We pride ourselves on maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hygiene.
Apartments are always thoroughly cleaned and sanitized with meticulous cleaning and the use of sanitizing and disinfectant products.
Each apartment will be equipped with a vacuum cleaner and some cleaning materials that will be left with guests to facilitate daily cleaning.
Our units are always self-contained, equipped with kitchens equipped with dishes, cookware, cleaning materials, a vacuum cleaner, bed linens and towels, a washing machine, a dishwasher (where applicable), and Wi-Fi. The accommodations do not have ovens, tablecloths, dishcloths, or any other food (salt, sugar, or spices are not allowed).
Confirmation Deposit and Voucher
We have made our cancellation policies more flexible, allowing you to make
a reservation valid for the entire current year, following the procedures we will explain in the booking message. Therefore, if for personal or health reasons you are forced to postpone your stay, we will send you a voucher to use your holiday until December 2026 (following the procedures we will indicate). The only non-refundable deposit is the New Year's Eve deposit (unless otherwise agreed).
Hosting
In the accommodations, it is not possible to host additional guests beyond those booked, either for meals or overnight stays. Any change in the number of guests must be authorized and reported with the subsequent submission of the documents for registration and payment of the additional fee.
